District Learning Solutions was founded by an instructional designer and former chemist. When they realized there was a gap in adult learning in the workplace that affects performance, revenue, and team culture. We partner with academic and professional organizations to design learning experiences that are rigorous, practical, and built for measurable impact. Based in the Washington, DC area, we help organizations translate complex knowledge into clear, engaging, and actionable learning systems.
